I used Adele's paintings as references for Morgan's face features.
I took some freedom with the lighting to make the face stand out. So please avoid the "oh the lighting is off" comments ;) I know how to make lighting look right but I felt that it would look better this way :)

EDIT !!! I've fixed the ears (they were a bit too long) and added some grain the the picture. Still, all the details on the feathers and hair are lost due to the jpg compression, I've tried PNG but it's even worse. I think that photoshop doesn't like this kind of images :( It makes them look much darker and less detailed than the original painting.

I love everything about this piece, from the slightly dangerous look on his perfect face to the detailing in the feathers and how you used lighting to make the face stand out, as you said. A real feeling of personality and depth emerges from this work.
