PHOTOMANIPULATION.
The face was a photo, I painted over it (you can only seen painting now though, no photo). 1 hour and a half. Photoshop CS3, wacom intuos 3A4 A photo of myself New ID. Please take care of yourself people, thank you all very much for your kind words !
